MESSAGES -
this has bin split into 3 sections,
deviant watch
messages
and notes
dEVIANT WATCH means everyone that you've deviant watched, like you have with me, automaticly gets any new work sent to you that they've done. so when they do a new picture or poem it gets sent to your messages for you to view and comment on, also if they write a journel, that will get sent as well, i'll explain journels in a mo.
MESSAGES can consist of people adding a piece of your work to there favourite becuase u wil get informed and also if someon comments on one of your pieces that willl get sent as a message to.
NOTES are simple you write a note it gets sent like an e-mail.
JOURNAL-
this si like a deviant diary you put in a new entry when you like, just click on it, and its real easy to do. You dont have to write any journel if you dont want to. Its purly to inform other devints what your planning to do or maybe even just sharing sumthing with them, people can comment on your journel to, like write back to it.
SETTINGS-
This you can change your profile and user page and stuff, so you can arrange how you want your favourites to show and put in your information which you've probly already work out.
BROWSE- look at other deviants work, you cna just sort through them.
SHOP-i've never used
SUBMIT- When you want to add sumthing, a piece of work, you just go through a series of questions so as your work is put under the rite catagory.
CHAT- never used
Events- tells ya wats goin on i guess
